Bought this dolly for conveniences and space saving. It works well with the insta-crates. The only thing I can see that can get annoying is how the dolly stand when there’s no weight on it. It’s design to tilt because of the weight of the tri-wheels as seen in picture. The dolly is somewhat sturdy— ok with maybe 2 cases of water stack, but if you add anymore, the top of the handle can show signs of strength struggle. The price for it felt a bit pricey, but if you are a gig worker and know that time and efficiency equals money— you’ll know it will pay off.

I bought these to help me move into a 3rd floor walkup bc I don't have help. The back wheel gets stuck between the stairs on the way up. Worked fine moving out of the other place but those stairs were closed. The product is fine it's just frustrating that they don't work for ALL stairs. I'll probably be returning since I can't use it at all at my new place.

I love that when you are pulling it across a parking lot, you don't have sustain the weight to move it, it has additional wheels directly under the shelf that bear the weight. Also, that the wheels are small enough to rest slightly on each step, which is also nice.The bag that comes with it, I HATE. It is too small to be of any use. I buy two 2.5 gallons of water that are 6.15 inches wide each and can not put them side by side in the bag. I could with a my old trolley's bag.

A little flimsy for anything heavy.. not good on all stair risers.

I am a 68 yr old handicapped woman who uses a cane to walk. I had to have a device to help me carry things up and down a small set of stairs to transport items between my apartment and my car. This device is not only easy to use, sturdy and durable, but it is light enough for me to use along with the weight of the products I’m carrying. It does exactly what it claims to do going up and downstairs but it also has a nice bag to throw stuff in that I don’t have to worry about falling off the device. You will not be disappointed with this device - it is worth every penny it cost.

Bought these as Christmas gifts. They love them! Work very good on flat ground and especially good on stairs. Bought for my brother who was carrying packs of 32 water bottles to second floor condo. This is truly a back saver. Also bought for my parents who have got a lot of use out of it, carrying heavy flowerpots and groceries. Highly recommend.

Not for furniture or heavier items but great for groceries or box deliveries. The bottom has 4 wheels that swivel 360° which is great for elevators or weird angles when upright. In the tilted position it is easy to pull but sometimes catches if you push it. There is a small angle, not upright and not quite leaned back where it catches and jerks to a stop and won't budge. Otherwise it works great on flat surfaces and closed stairs. It is really noisy but gets the job done. The bag is cheap and the trolley works better with a box than the bag.

This is a nice product but can easily tip over if over packed. Additionally, the small wheels is a bit tough to angle for open stairways. The wheels get caught under the stair. You must lift straight up in order to roll up to the next stair. Otherwise it is sturdy, well made product.

Es muy fácil de plegar y traer en el portaequipaje, la bolsa es muy practica puedo quitarla y cargar cajas o dejarla y meter varios productos en ella, necesitó mejorar la forma de sujetar las cajas y aun con mi falta de técnica no hay sensación de inestabilidad en la estructura del carrito.Coloqué las cuatro llantitas y le dan estabilidad al carrito manteniéndolo vertical, así que en lugares planos el esfuerzo en mínimo y se desplaza suavemente.
