These Buttons Actually Work
So I bought these 24 momentary push button switches, and let me tell you something - it's almost as easy as pressing my wife's buttons. The difference is, these switches actually respond the way they're SUPPOSED to. You press them, they go "down," and something happens. What a concept! None of this modern "maybe it'll work, maybe it won't" junk that everything else in your life gives you. These are honest buttons. They're not "touch-sensitive" buttons that require a blood sacrifice and three Hail Marys. You push 'em, they push back. Newton would be proud. And you get SIX COLORS. Red, green, yellow, blue, white, and black. It's like a little rainbow of functionality, except useful. You can color-code your whole operation. Red for "Don't press this unless you want the garage door to go through the roof." Green for "Yeah, this one's probably safe." Yellow for "Proceed with caution, genius." The best part? They're MOMENTARY. That means they don't stay on unless you're holding them down. It's the button equivalent of not committing to anything - very American, very honest. The switch knows its place in the universe. For sixteen millimeters and a few bucks, you get 24 opportunities to feel like you're in control of SOMETHING in this world. I'll take it. Would buy again. Hell, I might press one right now just for the satisfaction.

Good quality but super mushy switches.
The build quality was pretty good, and these were easy to design for and mount, but the switches themselves are not very high quality they feel very mushy.

Push button switch
These switches work well, but you can't solder them or the plastic melts and it could render them useless.

Quite stiff, very bouncy, as cheap as you'd expect.
They're alright for how cheap they are, but the springs are extremely stiff and you'll need pretty heavy debouncing. Not great for use in a controller or other mainly digital application as a result. These buttons are as cheaply made as you would expect for the price. Also, don't solder to them! You can get quick disconnect connectors. I got some 0.110 crimp connectors and they fit almost perfectly -- some of my connectors are a tad snug, but that could be wide tolerances on the connector rather than on the button.
