When I stop taking these, my nails know. The bioavailability of Usana products is yet unrivaled in my experience. Additionally, they are somehow easier on my stomach than other supplements. (And I do not sell their products. Pinky promise.)

Before I started taking this supplement, I'd given up on having nice nails. My nails are like iron after taking this daily for a couple of months. As I get older, I know how important it is to maintain good bone density and after my last bone scan, my doctor informed me that I have a bone density of someone half my age. The vitamin D in this supplement also helps keep bones, teeth and nails strong. Magnesium is also depleted as we age. Usana makes great supplements--I can't say enough good about them.

I love this vitamen! I feel better because Usana uses pharmacy-grade ingredients that are easily metabolized by the body. Great way to ensure stronger bones as we age.

As with the other usana products I use and find an immediate effect from, these are great but hard to see the results. I have some knee trouble and some bone on bone in my right knee that no doctor will operate on or give me a solution to fix. I know their other products are good quality so I assume this is also. Better safe than sorry and I think because my mysterious knee problem is still a problem, I will just have to go with what works and I have always seen a positive effect from Usana.
