This is fantastic, but the rain head will not handle any high pressure water. It sprayed everywhere and there aren’t the rubber tabs to keep it under control. So, the whole thing is great, but I bought a new rain head for $25 and it’s fantastic now. Love it. Looks great

Beautiful shower valve system! We selected this to compliment our 1905 home, and it fits the bill nicely. We didn't get it opened right away, as we weren't to that point in our remodel. We discovered that the sticker on the box was incorrect and had the wrong valve. We reached out and got help right away. They replaced it for us, and we're really great to deal with!The quality, style, fit & finish are right on point, and will be amazing in our new bathroom!

We recently bought this during a bathroom remodel and were able to match the shower fixture with the tub fixture and the sink fixtures, which was awesome. All of them work very well and we would recommend them to anybody.

Loved this shower head! It fit perfectly, didn’t have to drill additional holes in the wall for the hand-held spray and coordinated with our sink faucets because of the white porcelain details. It works great too! The rain mode is strong and you can use the hand-held option at the same time, or separately. Some only have the option of one or the other and I like that I can use both at the same time. Would totally recommend it!

I purchased this product to install in a guest bathroom we remodeled. We have the same exact model in a rental property and it has never given us any problems so I had high hopes for this one. Upon installing it, the cold water valve connector proceeded to leak. I tried Teflon tape, pipe dope, rubber washer, etc. I then reached out to the company (they are very responsive and professional). They happily obliged to send me a replacement unit at no additional cost. However, the replacement unit ended up leaking in the exact same place the previous one had. I think it was fate though, as my wife had changed her mind about the fixture color she wanted to go in the bathroom. I ended up ordering a different unit from a different company and also installing new drop ear elbow fittings. The new unit we ordered through the other company formed a good seal with Teflon tape alone and we’ve had no problems out of it as of yet. That is to say, I’m unsure if the problem was with this companies products or if our old drop ear elbow fittings were to blame. Regardless, rest assured that they will quickly rectify any problems you may encounter with their products. I will say, the feel of this fixture is of higher quality than the more expensive one we purchased from a different company. ✌🏼

The product came quickly and packaged well! Customer service is fantastic, ask a question and the vendor answers promptly. I was looking for something unique and this was it. I love how old fashion it looks and it works great. A little tricky with installing it yourself. I would call myself intermediate DIYer and this was more expert. I ended up having a plumber friend help me out.

Extremely slow delivery. This item took 32 days to reach me. There were no instructions with the item. I have figured out how to assemble the shower but am struggling with the pipe fittings. The website says the pipe threads are “NPT”, meaning national pipe thread. However when trying to connect the supplied pipe fittings to my own NPT pipes their fittings will not screw on. This has created a lot of frustration and will now add additional cost to what should be a very simple install. Purchasers should be ware of this shower kit. In the surface it looks great but the install is a nightmare
