Plugged In Pink Mini Diamond Styling Iron

Ive used this flat iron for three years and have loved it. I had none of the problems with uneven plates mentioned in the other reviews. I actually have two, one black and one pink. One is kept at my mountain cabin. They have very smooth ceramic plates. I love the extreme maneuverability of it due to small size. I can get it right up next to the scalp to add height. It gets very hot almost instantly. It's super tiny and fits great in my make up case for travel. Mine has broken, the switch fell out, after three years of almost daily use. I figure I got my money's worth. Ordering another one today. It does have only one temp setting if that matters to you. If you have anything other than very long thick hair, I recommend this to you

I never take the time to write reviews unless a product is OUTSTANDING, but I had to inform everyone about how great this product is. I HATE styling my hair. I wear it in a short cut for low maintenance but I still need to touch it up a few days a week. I received this product as a gift from a friend who knows how much I dread styling my hair, and I AM IN LOVE WITH IT. Seriously! Its perfect. Most flat irons aren't great at short hair because they don't get close enough to the root but this one definitely does. And being African-American, the texture of my relaxed hair requires a lot of heat getting close to the root to achieve the styles I like. If it works this well for MY hair, as difficult as mine can be, it HAS to work for you. BUY THIS ONE!

I will cut to the chase- If you want to go over your hair over and over again due to uneven heat-plate coverage, then go ahead and buy this.

I was so disappointed in this flat iron. I bought it on clearance and I see why. The good. It gets warm fast, it's a pretty color and the cord is thick and insulated. The bad, it only has one temperature setting and more importantly for me, there was a small gap so the plates do not close completely and it did not grip my hair. It's pretty useless for it's intended purpose. I will be buying a new better one post haste.
