My dog adores this bed. It's super soft material inside and out, it's very thick too! It's a pretty colored brown with a nice cream on the inside. My pup can't quite figure out how to get under the cover part, even when the tent pole thing is in the front, unless of course she's playing on it, then she gets inside no problem, and freaks out and flips it on top of herself trying to eject from it. But that's not the bed's fault. It's beautifully made and doesn't feel like cheap dog bed at all. Hecat loves to snuggle on it while I'm sitting at my desk of vanity. She's a out 65 pounds and the size I got is perfect for her. We are both very pleased with this dog bed.

I’ve been debating for years if I should buy a cozy cave for our GSPs and so glad I finally did because they figured it out immediately. I think I could’ve gone with a smaller one because it’s very big (good size for a Dane) but it fits both pups if needed. Super simple set up and will be easy to remove the cover and clean. Worth the buy for a burrowing breed that is constantly in and out of your blankets!Both pups are between 50-65lbs and fit perfectly for reference.

dog liked it but velcro cover that holds the plastic tube to support top is not strong enough. the 3# pup was able to get the tube out and chewed it up. no manner of closing will stay shut. this needs to be a better closure. the pup likes to drag it and lay on it. he liked the cave feature until it quit functioning

This is the best dog bed ever! This is my second time buying this bed as we wanted one for another room in the house too. My pup loves to snuggle under the hood and the Sherpa is so soft and the cushion so perfect even I would sleep on it! Our dog loves it so much that he puts himself to bed early sometimes ! Such a great quality product. I truly recommend this for a medium to small dog for sure! It’s definitely the favorite bed in the house for our dog!

The egg crate foam mattress is very nice and supportive, but the fleece fabric is thin and cheesy. The dog can get inside it, but it's much harder for her than the old bed was; the plastic bow doesn't stay upright and the fabric sticks to her. Lately she's taken to sleeping on the carpet at the opposite corner of the room, so I don't think she's particularly taken with it. It's fine for the price, but nowhere near as nice as the ones going for three or four times as much -- but then I wasn't expecting it to be.

This was our second snuggler bed from this company. Our 20# dog loves the blanket feature! We have a smaller 26" blue bed and we decided to get a larger 35" gray bed when it was on sale for Prime day. We like having beds throughout the house so we don't have to move them around.We received the new bed with the wrong foam insert so we reached out to the company directly. They responded the next day and shipped us the correct foam free of charge. Great customer service on top of a great bed. My dog loves it, it's easy to clean and they hold up nicely! We'll definitely buy from them again!

I love this bed. I got the one for dogs up to 80lbs and it’s huge !! My dog weighs 65lbs and should grow into this bed with plenty of room to spare. The inside is an “egg crate” cushion so that makes it easy to wash, just unzip the cover, take the cushion out. Trig the Pig loves this bed!

It looks cozy, my beagle seemed to like it, but he easily destroyed it trying to play it with it. We had it about a 10 days. I'm sure a lazier dog would love this a long time. Overall, cool bed.

Dachshunds love to burrow and 'cave beds' seem to be the general favourite of the breed but I recently realised that the one she preferred had gotten very thin on the bottom. As she will be turning 15 soon, I set about looking for a nice orthopedic one for her...and this is perfect! It's kept in my office so she is in it the majority of the day but of an evening she often 'asks' to go in there to climb into her new favourite bed! As you will see from the photos, we didn't insert the opening tube as she likes to snuggle in it but it does mean I have to lift it up for her to get into; she can do it herself but she's a bit of a diva! She is an only fur-child but this bed would easily fit two of her in and she's a larger miniature dachshund at 6.5kg but the mattress is so lovely and thick (looks like an egg box when you get it) she barely makes a dent in it so would be fine for heavier doggos too. Very impressed and will probably have to buy another for the lounge!

My Scottie already has an igloo bed but the base was rather flat. The Furhaven formaldehyde-free Certipur foam with a roof sounded like a good upgrade.But my Scottie has other ideas. She obliges by sleeping inside, under the roof on our requests. On her own, her preference is to sleep ON the roof, challenging the curvature & bending strength of the plastic rod that’s threaded through the roof fabric to lift the roof at the entrance. See attached pics.So now she’s left to her own devices, introducing another way to use the bed! 9/10 of the time on the roof, 1/10 only obligingly.Nothing wrong with the bed if your pup embraces a cave & blanket idea. I took a star off as the roof could have been better shaped with another plastic rod to lift the middle part of the roof so that the fabric is lifted and doesn’t act like a blanket?

Had to return not big enough

This really helps keep my Dachshund relaxed. She seems to be less anxious and cuddles up nicely in it. The Orthopaedic mattress is very thick and gives her enough stability when entering and comfort when sleeping.A really nice cocoon for her!
