The cloth mop was missing from this order trying to get it replaced, how do i do this without returning the complete item. advise please.

Leaves streaks on laminate flooring
Easy to use but the performance was not acceptable. Using Vileda's own cleaning fluid, suitable for a laminate floor, it leaves streaks and the floor looked worse after using than before.Not impressed

A mi me va perfecto para el suelo de parquet. No deja señales ni marcas. Para la limpieza diaria va a la perfección, en un momento tienes hecho todo el piso. Práctica y funcional. Estoy encantada.
