My husband and I have used sculpted/ergonomic pillows for years. Needed replacements so we tried this pillow. Ordered one firm blue and one firm gray. Both have white fabric with blue/gray stitching. The height is comfortable for both of us, even though he is 6’2” and I’m 5’6”, both normal weight. We are side sleepers. The cover that comes with the pillow is soft and comfortable, not hot. And I am sensitive to things that can make you hot. After I wash the covers, I hang them to air dry. When the pillow arrives, it is condensed, wrapped tightly, and looks like a tube pillow. However after opening, the pillow opens up. Took 2-4 hours to reach its normal size. For us, the pillow did not have a negative odor. While looking for replacement pillows, I tried several other type pillows that were fluff fill or said they keep you cool. Each one disappointed. I find I prefer a sculpted pillow because it puts less pressure on my face, especially my eyes. In other words, the pillow doesn’t squish up all around my face. It leaves more air around my face. Highly recommend this pillow. We use the firm option.

I have used pillows like this for years. When my 18 year daughter came to complaining of headaches first thing in the morning, I kept her use an older one of these pillows. Headaches gone! We ordered her this pillow in pink, and she has not had morning headache since. Very soft, durable, and comfortable! Highly recommended!

I have a bad neck issue with my old pillow, so I bought this pillow and tried it for a month and my neck feels better and I got a good sleep since I use this pillow. I highly recommend either for comfortable or neck issues.
