I ordered the GREENBOX Cartridges once and they came in a box marked GREENBOX. I ordered them a second time and they came in a box marked RETECH. The original GREENBOX Cartridges worked out pretty good. The RETECH Cartridges aren't so good. I had a hard time getting one cartridge to seat properly so the printer would accept it, and the large Black Cartridge "leaked out all over my pants" when I took it out of the plastic bag! A bit upset about that, the pants were fairly new. I will not buy them again and I won't recommend anybody else to do it either.

Price was key factor to trying these out. Did get a lot of ink spill when I opened the black that I had to clean up. The clip that holds the ink cartridge is place was weaker than original cartridges but I could work with them to get them to stay clicked in. Like I said 1/3 the cost of OEM product.

Good combination. One color was broken not usable, fortunately I had enough left over from last cartridge.

It was pretty straight forward.

Problems in the past with using "generic" inks on an HP printer has been a nightmare. Even those that worked for awhile but eventually caused issues. I've had this same set in my printer for 3 months now, and not only does the ink capacity level seem accurate, but it's still going with no issues whatever. No smudging of printing. No washout of colors. As good as, if not better than, the brank ink recommended for the printer, but at less than 1/3 the price!

These ink cartridges arrived very fast and initially worked great, but I've spent over an hour tonight trying to get my printer to override an error saying that the print cartridge is not installed correctly. Reading online it sounds like this can be an issue with 3rd party ink cartridges. So now I'll probably have to go get a new HP cartridge despite the fact that this one isn't close to empty. Very frustrating.

It does the job. It semi over saturates which is difficult when printing pictures. My printer warned it wasn't hp quality which was fine. They did what they were supposed to do. I'll be buying them again. Great alternative for the price.
