The pills arrived 1 day late, but they were well packaged. The price is reasonable and my doctor instructed me to only take two pills once a day, so I have a 90 day supply. I love the fact that they also contain Vitamin D3, as my doctor recommended I take calcium citrate (easier to absorb than calcium carbonate, per my doctor) with Vitamin D3. The pills are very large (larger than my potassium pills, which are quite large), but they are coated. I take one at at time with about 1/2 glass of water. I take a sip of water before putting the first pill in my mouth to ensure my mouth isn't dry. They don't upset my stomach and so far, none have gotten stuck in my mouth or throat. If you need or want to take calcium, I strongly recommend this brand.

I take this daily calcium pill for bone health, on the orders of three of my doctors. They are really large tablets, but are coated/slippery and I take them with food and not water alone. They are scored, so you could snap them in half, and make it easier to swallow two smaller pieces. My bone density scores have been very good. Exercise, diet, and genetics all contribute, but I'm sure this calcium supplement helps. It also includes 1000 IU of Vitamin D3.

Excellent calcium supplement, but they are on the larger size. But I'll be buying these again.
