rcp8 Robo RCP Pliers, 8" long, 1/4"-1-5/8"

These grips are so cheap that they literally disintegrated on the first cannon plug I used these pliers on. I'm an avionics technician and one of my coworkers had a set of these but much older, and I've borrowed them multiple times and loved them - so I bought some of these (same model number). When I got them, the grips were smaller than his and literally did not work on the first plug I tried. I requested replacement grips and never heard back from the seller so I had to just get my money back from Amazon. I don't recommend this style at all.

Well made, light and durable

works well in tight spaces, I removed the plastic jaw portion to expose the small serrated teeth which are a better grip on cannon plugs which can be coated oil and gunk.

These seem like good pliers, but the jaw plastic rubber disintegrated on very first use.

Good set of cannon plug pliers. Go in knowing the pads are complete junk. the rest is good.
