My Error in Assembly. I Goofed up in Assembly
I want to apologize about an error that I stated about both orders as I misread the application with the assembly of the units. I forgot that the top portion was different than the bottom rack. The top rack is rolled and the bottom rack is permanent, so I don't need any additional racks. My apology to the seller as both racks assembled are really sharp. GREAT DEAL.

Missing nuts
Ordered 4 of these and they arrived in 2 boxes. The first 2 were assembled and look great. The 2nd box was missing the nuts that hold the legs together. Unfortunately you have to waste your valuable time repackaging everything, creating a "return" order, printing a label, driving to a UPS Store and shipping the product back to them. All because this company does not have a good system in place to quality control whether or not all the parts are in the box or not. Sad. Also instructions do not clearly tell you where all the parts go (i.e.: where the washers go). Too bad you can't just call them and ask them to send you a few nuts...problem solved.

Great Customer Service
WellFor is a reputable company to do business with, there was a manufacturing defect with one of the luggage racks I ordered no fault of theirs. When I contacted them, they immediately tried to resolve it by trying to get a replacement rack from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, this was not possible so they refunded my full order. This is great service in my opinion and they cared enough about me as a customer to do the right thing. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Terrible Product - Did Not Get Product as Expected
This product is rated as zero. The purchase was supposed to include two luggage racks and I received one rack with a few extra parts for a second, but incomplete parts for a second rack. Parts are cut incorrectly/too short and too long, which results in a finished product that is uneven and not very stable.Not recommended

Satisfied, seems strong/looks good.
Directions sorely lacking. Took us just under two hours to assemble both. Directions do not specify top and bottom racks have long and short sides that attach to outer and inner supports respectively. Piece of cake once you figure that out. Like plastic on legs so as to not scratch floor. Will use for visitors at home.
