Native to the Southwest US and Mexico, the handsome turquoise stone is painstakingly shaped, ground, polished and assembled by artisans in Santa Fe, New Mexico and applied to the factory-new . Sleek, stylishly sharp, and practical! About the Kershaw Leek 1660 Closed, the is 4" long, the perfect scale to fit the hand, while being sized small enough for everyday carrying. The 3" straight-edge blade is fashioned of sharp Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel for excellent edge retention and extreme resistance to corrosion. The reverse side includes a stainless steel clip that easily attaches to outer pockets or can be used as a money clip. The pocket clip may also be removed or reversed (giving the option of carrying with tip up or tip down) with the use of a small hex key or Allen wrench. Kershaw s are proudly manufactured in the USA. About the Kershaw SpeedSafe Assisted Opening System The Leek series features Kershaw's SpeedSafe assisted opening system for smooth, easy opening by both right and left-handed users. Simply apply pressure to the finger stud for a smooth, easy blade extension.
