Does the wheels move?

On the train, the main wheels on the side do not turn. However, under the train there are four small wheels that rotate so the train can roll along. I hope that helps.

Can someone tell me the actual size of the train itself? Don't know what 1:100 means. And the description only gives the pkg dimensions of 7x3x6

I don’t have the item in my possession since it sent it into Amazon but it is very small. The whole packaging may be a foot. The train with the car maybe 3-4 inches each. I’m sorry I couldn’t be exact.
