Is there enough room to fit both an hdmi and usb cable for my sony a6600?

No. That is what I need as well but am disappointed to see the product doesn't accommodate 2 cables at the same time. I'm running my USB through this block (since the connector is smaller and therefor weaker) and connecting the HDMI as usual with the clip that Nikon provides. Also note that this block is wider than most mirrorless camera bodies so it sticks out a little in the front and back.

Will this fit the Manfotto Befree tripod?

If the tripod uses a quick release plate that detaches from the tripod and screws into the bottom of the camera, then yes; users will still be able to screw the tripod quick release plate into the bottom of the TetherBlock once attached to the camera. If the tripod does not have a quick release plate, and instead uses “Arca” mounting, then the TetherBlock Arca would be required.
