Great Used Book
Book came in faster than expected and was in great condition. I was worried the book’s spine might not be in great condition, due to production issues, but it was all for not. Thank you for a great product and service

It served it's purpose
I needed a cheap textbook for my materials class. And I got it.Depending on your professor, it will depend on how much you use it; personally, this is one of the few textbooks that I have used for homework and studying for tests. It was surprisingly useful.My only complaint is that the binding has been falling apart since I got the book in Agust, so I need to be very careful with the book.

Covers all the Material you need
This book covers everything you'll want to know for the foundation of material science and engineering. Great book that explains the concepts well and efficiently. I've gone to this book several times for covering topics I didn't cover in class, and the book did a great job of catching me up. I even used this for other classes like Fluid Mechanics or Heat Transfer. It's got it all. The example problems, while sometimes basic, provided you a great way to know if you understand the (wait for it....) material!

Apparently, many students have loved this rental
The copy I received has seen better days, but it was cheap to rent and had all the needed information inside so I can’t complain. Expect a lot of pencil/highlighter markings. I rate at 5 stars because it did not break the bank to rent.

Good book, bad binding
The content of the book is fantastic! The content, however, fell out of the hardcover. I have 10 year old textbooks that are still holding together. This one is brand new.

Comprehensive introduction
Well illustrated, clear and easy to follow text, and comprehensive introduction to Materials Science and Engineering. Only critique would be for more practice problems.

Arrived as described, though slightly late (due to external circumstances)
Book arrived in good condition. It took a little under a month to arrive, so I had to borrow a friend's book for a while, which was a bit of a drag. However, I'm pretty sure the shipping delay had something to do with the especially cold winter, so no worries!
