Glue-like material on the band
There was excessive glue-like material on the band and it was really hard to clean up. Not sure if it’s a manufacturing problem or something else. Needless to say I don’t want to spend hours cleaning brand new $200+ goggles and maybe even damage the glass by glue. So, I’m returning this as defected. Smith or distributor need to address this issue before shipping it. I gave one extra star bcz it was what I wanted and looked good, but just not usable.

manufacturing flaw
Whatever the 'silicone' material that they use that is supposed to prevent the goggles from slipping off one's helmet is not mixed/cured properly -- instead of setting up into a non-slip rubber like material, it retains a soft sticky mess that comes off on to anything that it touches. Apparently, this is not an unknown issue as it has been reported/discussed many times on the web. it's too bad as they are otherwise great looking goggles!

Mask foam came apart after 2 days of skiing
Very disappointed. After two days of skiing the foam on the inside of the mask started coming off.

lenti poco performanti
