Very good product. The scar on my husband’s arm seems to be flattening and the purpose of the purchase. So satisfied with the purchase.

Adheres well, comfortable & fairly discreet
This tape is intended for fading scars and it adheres very well to clean, dry skin. They can be cut to whatever size or shape is needed. The scar that I have is years old, so I don't know if it's likely to be able to fade it, (it takes a few months to fade older scars and I will update if I see any fading.) but I have found that using this silicone bandage is a great way to hydrate very dry skin - which is probably why these can help fade scars over time. Hydrated skin is more healthy and heals faster. The first time I tried these silicone strips, they actually stayed put even over my moisturizer, but I found that this depends on how much oil a moisturizer has in it.It turns out that people also use silicone patches for treating and preventing wrinkles, it does help fine lines disappear on flat areas - like your forehead . Evidently it holds moisture at the surface of your skin instead of letting it evaporate, this makes lines less visible and seems to prevent or at least slow down the formation of new ones. These strips are comfortable to wear and not very noticeable compared to regular bandages.

For small scars & definitely not 2 month's supply; can get expensive but works
These scar sheets can wind up being somewhat expensive depending on scar size and use even though they do work as do all other scar sheets I tried previously. For the current price of $8.99, there are four small (3"×1.6") silicone scar sheets in this one box. Each sheet can be cut down further or used whole as is.The claim is that there is a two month-supply in this box. It can only be considered two months if one is using one scar sheet for two weeks, then another for two more weeks, etc. until the box is finished. Each scar sheet is only good for two weeks, hence there is an eight week supply in the box (2 weeks x 4 sheets which equals 2 months.)I used this on one small scar I have. The idea is to work up to wearing these for 24 hours by first starting to wear them for four hours and then increasing the time each day. Since I have been applying scar sheets for a while now, I applied the sheets to my scar and wore them 12 hours a day with a short time off in-between. I then rinse the sheets, let them dry (see sink photo), and reapplied a few hours later starting the cycle again. Although these sheets can be re-applied, each sheet only lasted me two days before I was done with the entire box in eight days because they get tacky and sometimes curl up on itself during the temporary removal process. This is typical of all scar sheets I tried and not just this one. This, as well as other silicone sheets, does smooth my scars and takes away the raised appearance. This is the seventh scar product I tried and they all work. At the current price of $8 ($8.99 minus 11%), it would cost me a small fortune for a two-month supply. On a good note, these scar sheets are easier to work with because they are small and have a lesser tendency to be destroyed on the first day. Most of the scar sheets I used previously, I only got one use out of. However, if one has very small scars, these sheets can be very effective and a reasonable deal. In summary, these work but do not believe the claims that this is a two month supply as it depends on the size of the scar and the ability to remove the sheet without any damage so that each sheet can be reused repeatedly for two weeks and this is highly unlikely.

Not sure of my results, yet. Directions are confusing...
I have two spots on my lower face from vigorous pimple pinching in my teens. I actually caused scarring & while they’re small, they’re noticeable. I cut tiny pieces of the silicone sheets to apply over the scars then went about my day.I was wondering how I would be going out & about with these two pieces of silicone on my face. They were small & blended into my skin tone closely but it was obvious something extra was stuck on my face. I didn’t think I’d ever be grateful to have to wear a mask but I can leave this scar sheet on for the required time & no one’s the wiser. It’s very easy to use. Start with cleaning & drying the scar that’s to be treated. Cut one of the sheets the size & shape of the scar. Remove the backing & press the sticky side onto the scar. The sheets are reusable but I’m cutting off such small pieces I’ve been throwing them out. For larger scars, if the sheets get stained, they can be gently washed in warm water & dried. They can be blow-dried, also. There’s about a 2 month supply for larger scars. In my case, I have at least one year’s worth since the two scars I’m treating are small. These can also be used on post-surgery scars 1-2 weeks after the stitches are removed & when there’s no crusting or oozing present. It’s easy to use, they stay in place & they don’t hurt my skin. They blend in very well but I don’t know how they’d do on darker skin-tones.I don’t know if I am having improvement at this time but I also haven’t been using them very long. So far, I like them just fine & I thought I’d seen some improvement but that might be wishful thinking. What I don’t like are the confusing directions. A table shows the schedule for use. For example, on 1day (that’s how it’s written) 4 hours. Next 3days 8 hours etc. I get what I can do the first day—4 hours. But next, do I use it for 3 days for 8 hours at a time or on the third day start leaving it on for 8 hours? The schedule culminates with 24 hours by the “12days and later” listing on the table. Above this chart are written out directions that say, “Silicone sheets should be worn for 4-8 hours per day for the first few days, and gradually increased up to 24 hours a day.” Above that it says, “Aliver scar sheets can be used for up to 2 weeks.”I’m not sure how to do anything other than apply them so I’m going to use them for 8 hours a day & if there’s any pain or redness stop using them for a while. I’ll have to post an update later on the results. I really hope they work.
