According to my research, this supplement has the proper ingredients for brain and memory and are similar to others I have taken. The pills are easy to swallow and I saw no ill effects from taking them. I like that the capsules are vegetarian. T he important ingredients such as DMAE, Ginko Biloba and Barcoba are not listed on label separately with amounts but instead are listed as "proprietary formula" so you do not know how much you are getting in each separate ingredient which I feel is important to be listed separately. I am not sure if I noticed any difference in mental health so need to take more time and reevaluate at a later date.I received this product at a discount price in return for my honest and unbiased review.
