Really comfortable in my shoes. I liked that 3 sets were included so I do not have to move from shoe to shoe. The heal supports do have a sticky underside that sticks in your shoe heel area so they do not move. I do not suggest not wearing socks - as they are gel rubber like your heels can get slippy without socks and that negates the usefulness of this product.Relieved the pain in my heals in a new and old pair of shoes.

Walking in these made my heel pain free! They are a bit difficult to wear with flip flops, as they stick to the shoe and not your foot, but my pain was gone when walking!

The heel cups fit well in most of my shoes, and definitely leave my heel well padded, but the edge of the cup under my arch is pretty thick, so they are not very comfortable to wear when walking. It would be better if it was a much more tapered contour.

I'd recommend to friends and families. Very good product.

The heel part is great, but they end abruptly and with what I would call a large edge. After wearing these in a pair of shoes, my heels felt okay, but the middle of my foot hurt. It would be better if there was a more gradual edge to them.

The first package had some used inserts in it. So I asked for a replacement package and they came quickly and were new. I love them they have helped with my strain achilles heel.

I was so excited to have these come, I thought at least my heel pain will have a buffer. (understand I never thought this product would completely erase my pain) I ordered the size per instructions and my heel did okay however the side that was nearest to my arch just got inflamed so much so that I just couldn't wait to get my shoes off. Tried in a different shoe and even "trimmed" a small bit off. Still in so much pain! This item might be right for you but as for me I'll pass.

Don't waste your money the sticky doesn't last and they move around on your shoes ,very disappointed s I was hoping to get relief from my heel but they didn't work will have to try something else.

I find these to be ok for my heel pain, but not totally comfortable. They seem a bit narrow for my heel, so I feel them when I'm wearing them. Other than that, they do cushion well and seem durable so should last well. Just need to try not notice them when I'm using them.

As others had mentioned, this is sticky on both sides. Also the largest size is still kinda small and my feet are only an adult size 8.However, it gets the job done as you do get a bit of heel cushioning. I noticed my heel dont get too uncomfortable anymore with these on.All in all a 3 star. So so quality but gets the job done for a low price.
