My autistic son loves his “chewies”. Have many of these on hand has made a great difference with his ability self-regulate. They are quite durable and serve their purpose well. He is an extreme chewer and they still stand up to him. As with anything kids chew on, always keep and eye on them, but the size of these help with the fear of a kid swallowing

These do work well for my son but, if your child is a hard chewer they break down pretty fast.

These are good for my six-year-old autistic son, who likes to chew on EVERYTHING. Just be ready for the drool. He really enjoys them.
