I just got the book I am a little disappointment because I was looking for temples / pattern not just instructions when you spent money in book like that.

Great toy choices and easy directions. Kids loved them. Great project for Grandma!

I am a huge fan of Debbie Shore.And this book has surpassed her previous books.The book is jam packed with 20 colourful toysand accessories.This is one book that will be used time and againfor gifts for children.The projects are such fun and with Debbie'shints and tips you will find them so much easier.From the start you will find projects you reallywant to make.To be honest I might even make a few for myself.The craft easel is brilliant and would be idealfor any age.The bright colours are ideal for childrenand make each of the projectsones that they will want.They will make brilliant gifts.They are things that would be used time and again.My son is getting a little older now he is goingto be ten.However there are still projects in the bookthat he wants me to make for him.My first project out of the book is apparentlya pyjama eater.There are some projects for girls and for boysand there are quite a few that are unisex.Debbie's books are brilliant.The instructions are always clear and theyhave fantastic pictures to help you on your way.This book is worth every penny!Brilliant as usual.Debbie is outstanding.I received this book to review.However all opinions expressed are my own.No monies were exchanged.

I’m new to most sewing techniques so I thought a book with full instructions would be ideal for me. Unfortunately this book has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated. Everything was going so well until I got to instruction 18 of the Caravan Caddy. It became very confusing and I realised that there were omissions from the list of materials needed, and some instructions are missing too. I’ve tried working it out but it’s not making sense to me. I tried looking at the Debbie Shore Sewing group on-line but I would have to subscribe and pay £5.99 a month to take part, which I’m not happy to do. And of course, the author and printers accept no liability for mistakes!

Great information educational excellent illustrations and step by step instructions for making products with left over fabric sadly no patterns but not needed as you can draw around a plate to get a circle Good for a beginner or advanced. I am learning so alot of projects to learn new techniques over 20 projects

Nice book and I bought a few but didn't realise there were no actual templates in the book. Debbie does other books with the templates in them which is much better for a beginner. To be honest I will probably sell them on again.

Not as interesting, child friendly or useful as I had hoped. Following the other books in the series , several of which I own, I anticipated creating many projects for my gaggle of grandchildren but this book delivers little that I would want to attempt.

Excellent instructions and photography. Super ideas for beginners and inspiration for on going projects. Fun, practical ideas without being 'silly'. Highly recommend this book for toys... and all the Half Yard Series.
