This rug arrived today and a Day ahead of schedule, kudos to Amazon! It came down wrapped very neatly and packaged in Tyvek with yellow tape, it was easy to unpack and was wrapped around a cardboard roll. Are used a gripper pad along with this rug underneath which really helps it from moving around. It seems to fit the pad perfect and rolled out very easily, there is no shedding whatsoever that I can tell, the rug seems very nice and easy on my feet and enjoy the look of it as well. Little to no smell coming from the rug as well, seems authentic and really like the natural jute material.

I am just super impressed with this rug.. I read all the reviews, looked at pics.. some pics.. color not really right.. it's hard to capture the exact colors.. due to lighting..So I took a few pics... this rug has a nice variety of colors.. they say beigh. some of it is beigh.. however, the other colors, gold (it is not at all a bright gold, it subtle... I have a chair next to it.. the chair has gold.. so the rug, not as gold as the chair.. and the rug also has some light grey, off white, ... subtle colors... but blends beautifully with the chair and furniture.. not overpowering.. soo much better than a boring beigh rug...So, once again great rug.. not only the quality.. very well made.. no fraying... we have been walking on it regularly.. have had only a couple weeks. but I know from experience.. it is going to hold up... but.. keep in mind... the material.. do not be reckless... don't drag sharp objects across it.. if you do pull up a knot.. just cut it off... it will be ok.. DO NOT PULL it.. as the manufacturer states..Lastly the price... I purchased a 6 x 6 square.. so perfect for the space... AMAZING PRICE!well.. I know how important reviews are.. I buy products based on reviews.. I think there was one bad review.. some people will complain about anything.. the bad review wasn't about the rug.. I think it was the packaging, for safe delivery, it's extra packaging.. which I am impressed with.... but all the rest of the reviews... right on! and thank you AMAZON... I bought this rug for our living room because our aging dogs are slipping on the hardwood floors. Jute seemed to be a good option ... affordable, soft and easy to clean. I had purchased a seagrass rug years ago that was hard and uncomfortable, so I was a little skeptical. The rug arrived today and is absolutely PERFECT. It laid flat immediately, is VERY soft and feels wonderful beneath my bare feet, it looks fabulous and the dogs love it already. I am ordering more for other places in our home. It gives the room a very "beachy" feeling. I couldn't be more pleased. Also, I had been concerned that there would be an odor, at least initially, but there is absolutely none. Happy happy happy!! :)

Good price... rugs can get expensive. Light weight, natural color & materials. It's got a true farmhouse feel. Having said that it's a little rough and I can see some people using it more for an outdoor space than interior. Depends on your taste. The middle has a little bulge in it. I imagine that each one is different because it's hand made so be aware that you can't inspect it before ordering.

This is one of the best Amazon purchases I've made to date!!! <3 I love this rug and the way it looks in my living room! I didn't think it would feel too great to walk on with bare feet, but it's very comfortable (almost soft). It really blends with the hardwood floors and with the plants I have around the room, lending a very natural/earthy feel. I appreciate that a rug pad came included, so it was super convenient to just remove the packaging and enjoy. I've had no problem with the corners curling. It has enough weight to it so I can flip the sides inward as I mop the floors, and it stays put until the floors have dried. Everyone coming by to visit comment on how good it looks. One thing though...if you have cats...they may tend to try it out as a scratching pad. My cat has done this a couple of times, but there is no damage caused. With the texture of the rug, it would be unnoticeable. I would highly recommend this rug!!

I love my Jute Rug, this is just the decor I needed to turn my living room into a sanctuary. I love the natural warmth this brings into my room. I have mine in an extremely high traffic area, with a dog, and the rug is holding up relatively well. It does fray a bit but I just trim and tuck parts as needed. It cleans well, although if you can help it I would recommend not using a regular sweeper on it. That being said I use a sweeper on mine almost daily (because of Fido) and it's still looking good, it just frizzes a bit. The jute itself does have a very distinct scent, but I like it. It does dissipate after time. Would purchase again.

We are using this rug in our bedroom on our laminate flooring between the bed and the bathroom door. It arrived very well packaged with good directions on how to safely open it without causing any damage. It rolled right out and laid flat immediately. It is so well made -- no cut ends sticking up to prick your feet, and very comfortable to walk on. I would not call it "beige" as advertised. It is more of a subtle pale gold or cane color, which suited us perfectly, as it is identical to the color of our bed quilt! We couldn't be more pleased.

This jute rug exceeded my expectations! It is exactly as advertised; arrived well packaged and was delivered before the ETA. It fits perfectly under my dining table! I’m so pleased with this purchase. I don’t know how durable it will be but I’m hoping it lasts a very long time!

Fibre seems to be holding up well (even to our roomba). The weave feels soft every on bare feet and its nice to know that its an all natural carpet.

Really loved it. Looked good, felt good, well-made. Made everything else look right. Could go with many different styles. Very reasonable price! Any yes, it's circle, so it kind of connected everything in the room together.

We love this rug! Perfect fit and colour and construction is great! Recommend!!

Beautiful rug, made well, so far has held up to three dogs in an entryway.
