Resawn surface – not smooth – and shipping and restocking fees to return
Purchased to use as fence on a table saw – per their description "Great for table saw runners." Both faces are resawn, not smooth – which would have been great info in the product description – so I can't use it. Turns out that isn't completely uncommon, so I've learned to ask before ordering. In the meantime returns are shipped out of pocket *and* they charge a restocking fee. Given the unsuitability of the material, I'm a little bummed.

Nice product. Cuts relatively easily with carbide saw blade. Drills easily with standard drill bits. Easy to work with.
