I love how clearly the picture is. The engraving is also beautiful. My daughter has showered with this so many times and it is still in good condition. I only would want to have the option to get a bigger size.

I was initially going to order a cheap version of a photo necklace. I was concerned about product fading, scatch marks, or being ruined by water. Then I found this company who offered not only real gold but NEXT day delivery! I placed my order and my heart melted when I saw the finished product. I can wear it with pride every day knowing 14K gold will never turn my skin green.I put my 16 year old grandson’s photo who passed suddenly on one side. His name and birthday on the reverse. Now I can carry him with me always. Spend the extra money and you won’t regret it. Highly recommend! Outstanding quality. Thank you ever so much.

Lost my mom Sept. 2021, have been looking for a charm to wear her face on it. And found this beauty. Be mindful that the charm is small, but the detail put into it is wonderful. I also purchased the 20 inch chain along with it. I wish they had a longer option. Chain is very thin; I’ll be looking for a thicker and longer to hold her charm. I ordered this pendant with a photo of my fiancee who recently passed away suddenly. As a piece of him to wear with me all the time.First I ordered my product sometime in the evening about 5 or 6pm and was shocked to see the delivery being next day. And so said so done there the package was the next day, less than 24 hours after I ordered it. A customizable item being sent next day is unheard of. But when i opened the box I saw why.The pendant felt cheap. They said this item is on 14k gold and I have to question that. It felt extremely light. The photo that was chosen wasn't touched to lighten the photo so that I was able to see his face. The chain that was sent with it was light and flimsy and would probably break if it snagged on something.I opted for engraving on the back. The back of the pendant had all these grooves in it, which is weird for a piece of gold which should be smooth.This product was not what I thought of when I chose to memorialize, the love of my life. If I could I would return it and get my money back and I would spent my money elsewhere. For something that cost me over $300, I shouldn't be disappointed with it.

I love this pendant! It has a picture of my beloved bunny, who recently passed away at age 13. The back is engraved with his name and years. The sterling silver pendant is the perfect size for the photo and the engraving. This jewelry has wonderful quality and excellent value for the money. I'm very happy with how my bunny pendant turned out! I definitely recommend this jewelry, and I will certainly have other pendants made.

Edited: I was upset about the cropping of the picture, but I changed my mind, I contacted the seller they were very understanding, sent a replacement and its gorgeous! The pendant is small, but now that the picture is cropped properly, its a great size for my 9 year old. Seller was very quick to ask if it was a christmas present and replaced and sent out immediately. I will be ordering another for my 6 year old!The picture you add and changes you make do not appear to hold, as I croppped the picture and zoomed instead of 2 people I have the entire image which is not appropriate for such a small pendant. I was so excited to get my daughter a necklace to honor her Grandmother who passed away.......this was not the way. I feel like the reviews definitely didnt match the product I received. I gave it 2 stars because delivery was fast. The product however.......

It’s really pretty but too thin and the bottom of the heart is really sharp the chain isn’t real gold the picture came out great
