Q: Is this Lead and Phthalate free?

The product does not contain lead or phthalates, it is non-toxic, conforms to ASTM D-4236.

Q: Is there a way to bake this clay? To harden it?

The non-drying modeling clay should not be baked.

Q: why is the clay leaving stains on everything?

The clay will not stain hands however, we suggest in the instructions to cover your work surface with a plastic tablecloth or place mat to protect it from the clay. We are only able to suggest soap and water for clean up.

Q: My daughter is enjoying this right now, but how do I get refills for this?

We’re glad to hear she’s enjoying the product! We are not currently offering refills for the kit. Once the artwork is complete, try the new Coloring with Clay Unicorn & Friends!
