is the height adjustable

No. The height of the walls is fixed, so if the booth were any higher it would create an open gap by the floor; any shorter and the pro sound pads would bunch up on the floor. Please share any additional feedback about wanting the booth to be higher / lower / adjustable, thanks!

Can the clamp hold a windows surface pro?

Most likely not. I'm not sure if I got a different clamp than everyone else but mine can't even hold an updated iPad. The max width is 8inches.
