Luxurious and beautiful, high quality for a low price
So I got these for two reasons ... for blackout curtains and to use for photography. These are amazing ! They block out the light and they don’t have that horrible plastic liner it’s just all quality fabric . Once I got the fold right I loved how it hung and even on the sides block a lot of light out compared to other ones over had . They seem like a really good width . I’ve bought some and they seem to like run not as wide or quality feeling . This just feels so luxurious. If I had more windows I would buy more . There is only 1 panel per and I bought 2 panels to complete my window but the price is well worth it and they often have a coupon that can be applied . Now when I do photography I don’t have any light from outside interrupting but I also can use the window for amazing silhouettes

My favorite curtain brand on Amzazon
If you are looking for darkening curtains these are the ones. They are almost blackout. They are perfect for those sunny days you want to sleep in. I've bought them in several colors and have recommended them to family and friends. They are super wrinkle free. They are strong and sturdy material.

Buy these if you want to not know it is daytime. Seriously.
Since hanging these curtains, I have been thinking about how I would review them. I feel like the best thing I can do is be as honest as possible. Before getting these, I only had these fancy blinds and watching television in my bedroom during the day (on weekends) was awful. Light glaring and such. So I make the decision to get these black out curtains. I also wanted to do this window hanging craft using pvc pipe that is quite useful (Pinterest). Anyways, my husband and I decide on the color and actually that same weekend, we bought a new rug to coordinate. Here came the curtains. I did my pvc project, got the curtains up on both windows, and we both sat back and admired our (my) hard work. It was dark already, so the true test wouldn’t be until in the morning. WE OVERSLEPT EVERY DAY LAST WEEK. The curtains worked so well, we lost total concept of time. Daylight/Dark. It was always dark. No sunshine to illuminate the windows that we unknowingly depended on to snap us into reality that it was actually a new day. So it dawns on my husband that it was the curtains. We open the curtains at night now and it made a huge difference and it being the weekend, I have them closed so I can watch a full screen on my television instead of 1/4 of it, no glare. So I give these bad boys a 10/10. They are really nice and THEY REALLY WORK.

Good value and serves our needs
I bought these for my daughter's west-facing room. She's old enough this summer to question why she needs to go to be before it's dark plus she was waking up very early. Combined with my 2" wood blinds, these do a really nice job of darkening her room. They also seem to be keeping it cooler if I keep them closed in the late afternoon. I did not give 5 stars for the reason that the metal grommets are HUGE. I guess it's a style thing, but I think they make it hard to move on the rod. Also, I have a standard size twin window- a twin that's 2 x( 2'-8" wide by 4"-6" high). The curtains are just long enough that i can tuck about 2" under her blinds on the window sill to get a good "seal" from the light. I'm only using 2 panels across my twin window and I assume they're meant to use 2 per single window. This means that when drawn, they are drawn almost flat. I smooth the fabric down along the side and there's enough static to make the fabric hold. Since I don't plan to keep them up year round, this arrangement is serviceable for us.Anyway, in the grand scheme, they are serving our needs really well, the price was great and the color matched our decor.

Shockingly Effective...
I thought there were two panels per package. The material looks like if you touch it with the slightest grease or lotion on your hands, it will stain. Not for draping near kids. Vinyl backed curtains are best at reducing heat, but I gave these unlined ones a try. Thick fabric, ULTRA light blocking, but I wasn’t sure how much heat black would absorb.I bought these 42” x 63”, as a temporary “cover” to tack across 3 windows in my 800 sq ft apartment. I’m used to central air, but have since downgraded to a smaller place with a simple, small, wall a/c unit. I wouldn’t even turn the machine on, because my East facing windows with just a cheap metal mini blind for a cover—made my apartment 93 degrees at 10 pm. I had to tack these curtains across each window until I could afford the total blackout curtains I want: black on window side, various colors facing inward. $60 and up plus sheers and hardware for four 59” wide windows. I want to add height, so 96” in length. The unexpected expense of new faux wood 2” blinds, light blocking sheers, and the super blackout curtains I wanted-for all 4 of my windows—was too much at once. I came up with a quick fix since I just moved in and didn’t expect such tremendous heat: ONE panel on each window, tacked, does not cover the entire window...BUT does provide enough energy efficiency to keep my apartment 45 DEGREES COOLER, with my a/c unit running on low cool. I live in Holladay, Utah, on the 2nd story, with no tree shade. I work 10 hour days in healthcare. I would come home to 93 degrees at 10 pm. SUPER IMPRESSED with this panel. It did not cover my 59” wide window, since there was just one panel per package. There were even gaps, and I still had a 45 degree difference. I then grabbed white sheets—to reflect more light OUTWARD, to cover the panel, since it looked ugly tacked sideways, with grommets, and gray patterned sheets, over that, to create pretty, makeshift window coverings for 3 of my windows. With these panels in SOLID BLACK, as the “core”, and gray for my West facing window—I’m sitting pretty!—Utility-wise...until I can properly dress my windows all at once. I imagine these could be very useful for tent camping or trailers, to reduce heat. Buying the fabric and making your own curtains is s great idea with this particular fabric.

Not fully blackout and I had to steam to get the wrinkles out
Definitely not true blackout blinds and I had to steam them to get the wrinkles out but they have since kept their shape

Nice heavy material
I am happy with these panels. I think the cost was a bit too much, as each panel is over $20. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase because the curtains are nice and heavy, and they do black out the room. They are silky to the touch, and a very nice addition to my daughter's room.
