I got these sheers for my dogs. 1 German Sheppard, 2 Goldens and 1small terrier type mutt. They work great, but there is a learning curve. I usually use regular dog sheers, but the blades dull after I clip the Sheppard. His hair is like wire. These sheers work really well. They are very loud, like an electric saw. They are very large and intimidating. I’ve found they work similar to regular sheers if you get the hang of it. They are also very heavy. They can’t be used on the little guy though. Way too big for him. I haven’t been able to use them without using the regular sheers afterwards to clean up the cuts. They leave lines in the fur. (Learning Curve). You can change the speed & height of the blade. If you have an animal with hair that is difficult to cut, these are for you.

The media could not be loaded. Came with sturdy case, multi tool,, spare bits and an easy to read manual. Manual comes with common problems and solutions to them. Makes quick work. Loud like a vacuume, kind of high pitched. Not terrible. Cool speed setting too. Vibrates a lot so if you use it too long, your hand will go numb or still feel it after. Can I still return this item if I just used cutting one strip of hair off? This is way to dangerous to use on my long hair cat. Thought I’d like it but too noisy, it scares my cat. I don’t want him to jump and me cut him accidentally. Need answer before I return.Also too heavy. Thought it would be a little lighter.

To begin with, the instructions are absolutely terrible. very vague with tiny pictures that are not helpful. We had to resort to trying to track down videos online and do lots of online reading to try to learn and troubleshoot all the issues we had from the beginning . Got progressively duller after 1st and 2nd sheep, then In the middle of my 3rd sheep it just refused to cut. We were very good about cleaning, oiling, positioning the blades correctly, etc. very frustrating, now my sheep has half a haircut lol.... I would NOT recommend.

Great find! If you are new to shearing this may be for you. The noise is not too loud, its relatively light weight and works well. Putting it to use this weekend!

Great heavy duty clippers. Shaved my cocker spaniel like a professional. A bit heavy and noisy but I was OK with that because it did the job when all the other cheaper lighter weight clippers wouldn't touch what these were capable of doing.

I have a Bernese Mountain dog and his hair was very long and in need of a good cut. We have tried a variety of clippers from less expensive on up. Nothing worked good on his fur. It took really long to get Practically nowhere. So my son found these on amazon and I helped him cut my dogs hair. I was shocked how fast and how well it work. His hair came right off. Very happy with our purchase. Well worth the money!

These clippers are a great buy. I clip show and sale cattle and these clippers will get the job done. Light weight sturdy and have a nice fit to the hand. They have plenty of power and will take other types of blades.
