I have a hard time finding B complex vitamins because most have yeast in them, and I am very allergic to all molds. This was the only B complex I found without the yeast. Hooray! It does not give me stomach cramps! If you have a problem with molds ( yeast is a mold) I highly recommend this to get all your stress vitamins.

Works wonders for anxiety
I started taking this from a friend’s recommendation for anxiety. I have an extremely high stress, anxiety job and this has worked wonders. I would recommend to anyone. I don’t feel cloudy or tired, it just helps me deal with choas, and gives me a better baseline.
