The good:-A great graphics card (I got the 3070 version)-Good CPU-Great performance in games-Slim design saves space when compared to a standard mid-tower case-Great thermals-3 free storage bays (1 NVME M.2, 2 SATA 2.5" bays)-Relatively quiet, even during heavy gamingCons:-Odd form factor makes upgrading more difficult than on a standard rig.-The RAM isn't that great, and the only way to upgrade it would be to remove the cpu cooler to access it. And you would need low-profile memory to make sure the fan has enough clearance.-Lighting on the front is two different shades, so the lighting never matches up.Overall, the drawbacks are minimal for what you're getting. I honestly planned on tearing this down for the GPU and CPU but it performs great as-is.

This is an awesome product. Now to be transparent I upgraded to 64g of RAM and added 2T of hard drive. But I run games like ark, destiny 2, outsiders, and so on with high to epic settings and this thing doesn't miss a beat. It stays cool and runs beautifully. It still looks great and has great lights. My only complaint is the way they do RGB on the motherboard makes it very hard to add lights. I never figured it out and tried several ways. But that's an extremely minor thing. But I love my computer.

Completely shreds frames at ultra settings on Hell Let Loose. Moderately quiet and the form factor is awesome. It took a long time to convince me that this ITX tower was for me, but cooling is not issue, it's still modular to replace all the parts, it's about 1.5x the size of a PS4, and it kicks butt. It has plenty of storage bays for future upgrades and can handle a max of 64gigs of ram. I have it tucked behind my monitor, it's so small. What's not to like?Also the onboard MSI software is pretty darn nifty. I'm not a huge fan of LED lighting, and I'm glad I can turn them off from the desktop rather than digging around in the BIOS, because I'm lazy.

I use this machine for 3d modeling and rendering. Very fast and powerful. Well-built with high-end components. Very well designed inside and out. Not hot or noisy under load. No complaints at all. Would definitely buy it again.

During the time that GPUs were going for thousands of dollars, I bought this machine and happened to notice the 2070 installed. They told me it was a wrong listing and that the inexpensive price was what was for this model and I was free to send it back. I needed a computer, I had one in front of me and kept this one never to buy from XOTIC PC ever again.
