How do you remove the sensor to wash the mask?

You can, its on page 11 of the included instructions. Just pull the sensor off the mask from the bottom of the sensor. You can see tiny arrows pointing the direction that you rotate the sensor away. Then hand wash the mask I would guess. After the mask is dry, put the sensor back on in reverse order. It makes a nice little snap or click when you get it in all the way. Very easy to do.

Can the charger be ordered separately?

The charger is just a USB cable. It didn't come with a plug/adapter, just a USB cable, same that I use for my Samsung phones. We have a lot of them around and i plug them into whatever USB adapter is available at that time. It works with my Samsung charger, my laptop, the generic ones you get at the cash register on your way out the door of any retail shop. You don't need one from them.

Does this prevent mouth-induced snoring? I snore through the mouth, not nose.

I have the same issue and this device did not help me that much. The only device that seems to help me is the chin strap as it keeps my mouth shut while I sleep but you do need to be able to breath through your nose while sleeping. The chin strap does take some getting used to as it can be uncomfortable if you are not really used to using it...
