I really liked the idea of this since I prefer my salt to have a higher iodine content unlike the ultra processed white salt.If you don't mind the pink hue in your food if you can see it...Depends on the color of the food although I use it more in the sauces that I make than anything else. I have used it on my fried eggs & the salt turned the whites a very slight shade of pink. otherwise, its hardly noticeable & I tend to be a purist when it comes to what I put in or on my food.So, the white salt from the store has almost no iodine in it. DO NOT trust the label on the white salt container because the rule about "truth in advertising" as of late has been largely ignored by the manufacturers.

Getting harder to find in the stores but appreciate a good product with extra vitamin power. The cheap salt usually purchased in the stores is not a health item and will continue to purchase this item. Thank you for looking out for our health.
