Easy installation. Works exactly as required. Fan is fairly quiet. My bathroom fan is back in operation. Most importantly, the price was 40% less than the local big box stores.

Works great, once you fix it.
As noted by other reviewers, the fan comes assembled backwards and you have to flip the orientation of the fan shaft. Other than that it fit just fine. It was quieter than I expected which was fine (though you kinda want a little noise to cover all the... sounds being made in the bathroom, for privacy).

Perfect replacement
I needed to replace my original fan from the 60s and was afraid I wouldn't be able to find one that fit and worked properly. Luckily I found this and it works great! Easy to install, but like most reviews I read mentioned I had to "flip" the direction of the fan. Took a matter of minutes and it was up and running. Not whisper quiet, but I still highly recommend it. There are plenty of YouTube videos available if you have any hesitation on how to change the direction of the fan.
