This unit works great and makes perfectly clear ice nonstop. I'm actually shocked, as all these random made-up company names are selling something similar, and the first two attempts were a fail. Granted, I was able to get my money back in both cases - having to pay for shipping in both cases (but that's a marginal amount).Really surprised that it works so well, with multiple settings for how long you want the ice to drop, so it pops out fast. It's literally enough ice for a small bar, and I find this crazy. If i do need more ice, I would just buy another one of these units, as it makes zero noise.

Well I bought it on March 1, 2022 and now it’s no longer working I had to buy a brand new hose for it and I’ll just got screwed by the company not too cool even though it does have dings scratches and everything else that happens when it’s getting shipped to you but now it’s no longer working I have tried everything to get it to work but it’s no longer working pretty damn bad I haven’t had it very long And now it is June 8, 2022 it didn’t last very long so do not buy this you will get screwed I’ve already called them Amazon where I bought it and they pretty much screwed me they’re not responsible for machines that no longer working So I would lead up to you if you buy this you’re at your own risk And I will not be getting my money back on it I got screwed 😤🤬😡 payed $322.44 Not worth the stress and getting screwed out of money Not worth the stress and getting screwe of money I did move my machine four times and re-plugged it in in four different outlets it’s not coming on it isn’t working it should not stop working and I haven’t had it 90 days This is the part that I do need where can I get the damn part This is the part that I do need where can I get the damn part That is broke

Not sure I'd put this in your kitchen - it's a bit loud. I have mine in the basement to stock up on ice that I then bag and put in the freezer and shut it off until I need more. It does not keep ice frozen but the ice does last quite a while. Leveling the unit is key- helps to lean it forward just a bit but I haven't yet perfected the right level. The ice, which can come off the freezer still connected (even on the thinnest cube setting), often doesn't breakup and fools the machine into thinking it's full when it just didn't fall forward enough. On the thickest ice setting, it comes of as one giant block - not helpful at all! Overall great for MY needs but keep its limitations in mind. Oh... the instructions for use are not very helpful.

This ice machine is exactly what I was looking for. I make ice and bag it to store for later use. I like that the machine can use a large 5 gallon bottle to fill with filtered water. I really like the way the ice machine can be drained completely so that cleaning and storage is simple. I hope I get many years of use out of this machine.

Worked fine for about a month and a half, then quit working giving me an error code of E2. Just so happens that it was approximately 2 weeks past the return date. I contacted Amazon because it stated in the description that there was a 1 year warranty. I was told, that is the manufacturers warranty. I then asked who the manufacturer was and how to get in touch with them since there in nothing in the manual. The person I spoke with couldn't find any information on the actual manufacturer and arranged to have a new unit shipped to me, and to not worry about shipping the defective one back.Here we are about a month and a half with the new one, a week past the return date and the exact same thing is happening. About to contact Amazon once again. This thing is junk!!!

I was skeptical that such a small inexpensive unit could keep up with a busy cafe usage but it did except for very busy cold drink times. We just worked around it by harvesting the excess cubes it produces when we are not busy and putting them in a bag in the freezer.

The media could not be loaded. Works good the only issue i have with it is im using the 5 gal jug on the top is that the unit will not let air back into the jug and creates a vacume holding the water in the jug and will not fill the reservoir inside the machine i have to manually tilt the jug to get it to start flowing again. I have a smart cap onnthe jug i may try using it without to see if that helps but i may be doing somthing wrong but will try a few things other than that no complaints
