Great little unit for a hobbyist.
Great product with good craftsmanship. It is perfect for a hobbyist with a garden. Used it on roses and lemon balm so far. Giant rosemary bush and oregano are soon to be processed. Very easy to set up and use. Grab a submersible aquarium pump with it and set up a recirculating bath for easy operation.

Made well, and is a great product for making small amounts of herbal hydrosol/essential oils.
Made some calendula and some lavender/plantain hydrosol without any problems. The maker has some great videos and they are very helpful, and supplies information about uses for different herbs.

Only use this if you are making non food grade essential oils.
I wanted to use this to make my own flavorings for foods and desserts and ended up returning this. The reason I did this is because the silicone gaskets in it are glued in with some unknown adhesive (that’s not even good! The adhesive was already coming off when I got it.) another reason was there was several spots that had craters in the stainless steel surface from over penetration on welds. To me it felt like places for bacteria to harbor.They also charged me a returned item fee… so that’s another reason not to risk it on their junk.

Does the job - Easy to assemble and use.
There's not much to it. Open the box, assemble it, fill with water to the line, fill the second container with ice, put your plant material in and start distilling. The one thing I learned that isn;t very obvious when buying this is that your actually making hydrosol - not pure essential oil. There's another tool and step to separate the oil from the water if essential oils are your goal. Good Luck!

This distiller is a good entry level product for those who are new to making essential oils.

Love this distiller!
Package came in very good condition. I love the shiny stainless. The kit is easy to assemble smoothly. There are a lot of very helpful videos on this distiller, seller did great job on those videos. I love my still and it works very well for me.

Great starter distiller
The only issue I have with this is it doesn’t include the essential oil/ hydrosol separator.
