Could this be used as a sleep mat?

I slept on this a few nights and I woke body sore but that's to be expected because new muscles are activated compared to sleeping on your bed. I heard from an expert that you sleep on it for long enough and your muscles will not be sore after a while. It is firm, but still way better than sleeping on the solid floor! I just put it in my car for when I want to take naps on the road 🥰

Does this item really take a month or 2 to ship?

Ordered 1/4/20 Prime and "fulfilled by Amazon Services" but hasn't shipped as of 1/13/20. According to Amazon site it is in stock and we could have it Wednesday, 1/5/20 if we ordered now or nine days ago. We will see.

will it slide around if I'm working out?

Mine does not slide around, but I am mostly doing exercises while lying on it. I have a wood-look vinyl floor. So I do not think it would slide but you could put something under it like the non-skid stuff for carpets. The mat is just wide enough to lie down comfortably like a yoga mat.

Will a dogs nail puncture this?

I have had mine several months now and not once have my dogs nails ripped or made a hole, and they definitely need clipped😆 it has been extremely easy to clean as well. 5⭐s for sure!

Manual is different from the product

Product is ok. Manual says it has velcro strap to attached if there is another foldable matt but this doesnt have it. Also the matt cover is not properly fitted unlike other brand. The cover is somewhat bigger than the foam by an inch giving it wrinkles when it should be evenly stretch out.
