Broken, terrible customer service
I received this on December 11th 2023. Installed it and the motor on it is frozen up and not working. it is now January 29th 2024 and I have been going back and forth with Vevor about refunding or replacing. They are giving me the run around and still have not taken care of my problem or replaced or refunded. Terrible customer service!!!!! I will update this if and when anything is resolved.

Using it for logging
Have been using this winch for three months. Built a mount for my Caterpillar, works great. A bit slow, but very versatile. First tested it by hooking to a tree. Cat weighs 16,000 lbs. With Cat brake locked, this winch pulled (skidded) the cat 30 feet! Very reliable!

I haven’t been able to use it, I’ve got it mounted on my vehicle but I don’t think the receiver for the remote was in the box.

Not happy at all!! I took it all the way to Mexico and it ended up not even working at all.
I took this winch to Mexico and I was going to install it on my truck, I took the rope out and it just started grinding and it couldn’t even bring the rope back. It started smoking since it was grinding. I didn’t even got to set it up. I had it in the box unopened until I got to Mexico. I’m ready mad because it’s expensive and it doesn’t even work. Everything came in and the winch looked like new but it just does not work at all. I should’ve tested it before I took it to Mexico but I didn’t it wasn’t going to work. I would really like my money back or an exchange for one that actually works. I would add pictures and a video but I’m having it shipped back to me.
