My only problem with this power washer is that I cannot get the hose connected well enough so that it doesn’t leak around the connection. Other than that it is very easy to use and works really well. But, look at the difference in my walkway!

The media could not be loaded.  Great little power washer. Got this to clean uo my driveway and garage and it worked like a charm. My video is of my just playing around with it but the 3800psi is fantastic for an electric power washer.

This pressure washer is replacing an older model that was 1.2gpm and rated at 1800psi. With the higher gpm rating and a good pump this little washer puts the pressure out nicely. Not sure how long the orings are going to last bit very pleased so far.

So i really had a tough go of this one picking between 2 & 3 stars. I feel like it's a 2 star item, but i didn't want to be too harsh.First thing to note is that NONE of the connections are standard, so it is NOT interchangeable with any other machine. So be fore warned. Don't go buying other bits & bobs that are meant for a standard machine, because they will not fit.So the stock machine has a female water hose connection, the downside is that it is not "watertight" so it leaks. The good news & the cause of the leak is the female to female connector that they have on it. So it is super easy to remove it & you are left with a standard male connector. The other thing to note about the female to female connector is that it gets in the way of the wheels on the machine & makes it difficult to get a good seal. So with the connector removed it solves that issue. =)Next would be the power cable hook. Normally you'd have 2 opposing hooks that you can wind the cable around to secure it for storage, this just has a single hook. So you have to wind up the cable first & then you can hang it on the hook. The slight problem is that the plug has a gfci built into it, which means that it is heavy, so it tends to pull the cable down & off the hook. A 'hook & loop' strap solves the issues though.Next is the power washer hose & reel, semi convenient yet extremely cumbersome. If you use the reel, you have to wind it up tight, or else it binds up & gets in the way. The handle on the reel folds out of the way "for convenience" but since it does not lock into either the open or closed state, it just flops around being an inconvenience.Which the same can be said about the main handle on the machine. It does not lock into either the up or down position, so it falls down & get's in the way of the reel & rubs on it.Now we come to the spray wand holder. Possibly the most ridiculous piece of nonsense on this unit, aside from the soap sprayer that is. It's meant to hold the spray gun while it is not in use, but it's 4 times the size of the wand & has a gap in the side so it really doesn't hold anything. The weight of the gun handle as well as the hose pull it right out of the holder through the gap in the side. Like with everything on this unit, you have to maneuver it just right & let the power of friction & gravity hold it in place.Now for the soap bottle, oh the soap bottle, nothing but a glorified hose being shot into a cup. One of those garden fertilizer sprayers is better than this thing. The water just comes out like it would out the end of the garden hose, no force, no 3000 psi, no bubbles. The only bubbles you get are from the water hitting the ground & then it's not much.So that about finalizes the review, now for some possible mentions. The "gun holder" as they are calling it works better as a place to put the gfci plug. & there are two slots on either side of the "soap bottle holder" that are a perfect place for the wand attachment, either disassembled or whole. & as for everyone's questions regarding the unit's power claims, i'll just give you a quote from the manual & let their words speak for themselves! "Note: Operating water pressure & maximum water pressure are obtained in the experimental test environment, which may be different from the actual use environment."

Item was easy to assembled and everything needed was included in the box. After assembly a garden hose was hooked up and turned all the way on. The trigger was squeezed to let purge all the air until their was a constant stream coming out. Unit is very light with a top heavy hose reel causing it to tip over very easily.I purchased this unit for the soul purpose of washing my car. This proved to be a challenge as the unit would have a burning smell and loses power after about 30-40 seconds of constant use (bed and doors worth on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator).The only way to get it working again was to let go trigger for about 10 seconds then repeat. Every 10 seconds rest will give you 30 seconds of operating time. While it worked the unit delivered 70 percent of the power you find from the manual car wash places.I contacted seller (Bink) about the grinding, burning smell and losing power issue, they promptly replied with a big FU.If you buy this know that your only recourse should you have a defective unit is to go through Amazon. There is NO support from seller.I would not recommend this unit or this seller. This was a bad buy.

Product is more like a hose than a pressure washer.. Company requires that you return item to China at your expense.. Amazon no help

I bought this to do some light cleaning around my property. The machine will not maintain consistent pressure and smells "hot" when it is running.Today I was going to ship it back while still within my date range. Although I received this pressure washer within days ... it appears I must return it all the way back to China in order to receive my refund. Given the initial cost and then the cost to return half way around the world, I think I am stuck with keeping it.Buyer beware ... pay attention to the return policy BEFORE buying.

This is fake advertising. Definitely not 3800 PSI on this electric pressure washer.I was very excited to receive it., but I was not very excited after I used it and spent the same amount of time cleaning my driveway as if I was using a 1800 PSI pressure washer.You do not feel the power or the see the results that 3800 PSI should give.I wouldn't recommend it.
