Started to deteriorate quickly
I wanted to love this so much. When it came, it felt solid and we were so excited. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case after very long. Maybe we got a defective one? We purchased and installed this less than 6 months ago. In that time, the cold water cap fell off and was so small it went right down the drain (it fit in the gap between the cap). The company only sells replacements with the handle at $20 a piece!! But there’s nothing wrong with the handle, just poor craftsmanship or glue when securing those caps on, which have to be worth a couple bucks at best.We also noticed that the bottom of the faucet is showing stains that weren’t there before, and they’re coming from the inside. It’s not a huge deal, since our style is antique anyway, but it concerns me what that will look like and how long this faucet will really last. Shame bc it really is nice, but the quality just wasn’t there on ours.

Goes great with rustic theme
Works great and matches our barn house theme perfect. It is used in our half bath and matches the black rustic pipe towel and toilet paper holders.

I then called and was lucky enough to talk to a different customer service rep who cared less and had a worse attitude than the first person I spoke with
CHEAP PRODUCT & AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM KINGSTON BRASS!!! To begin, the installation directions provided with the product were lacking sufficient detail which made installation harder than it should have been. And once I finished installing the faucet and turned on the water, it immediately began to leak from the nozzle. I contacted the company by phone and the representative asked for no information about the model but told me it was likely a defective cartridge. I was asked to email proof of purchase and told a cartridge would be sent that I would have to install myself to fix the faucet. The customer service representative never apologized for the defect or suggested a return. I went ahead and emailed the proof of purchase and after 5 days never received a response. I emailed again and still no response. I then called and was lucky enough to talk to a different customer service rep who cared less and had a worse attitude than the first person I spoke with. Again I was not offered an apology for the defective faucet I received. The rep told me the cartridge still hadn't been shipped and it would be another 5-7 days before I might receive it. So at this point I have been left with a sink that cannot be used and may wait 2 weeks for a part that might not even fix the problem. The faucet is nice looking but is of poor quality. In addition to the leak, the spout is flimsy and loose and the stream of water comes out more as a spray instead of a stream. Piece of junk!!

Didn’t Last
Gave out after 6 years, not fixable. We’ve had this faucet for 6 years and at first it was great, looked great, worked great, loved it. After about a year the little H/C caps popped off sometimes and we finally had to glue them in place. Then last year the cold handle started getting stiff to turn. My husband is pretty handy but because of the set up of this faucet there wasn’t much he could do to fix it. It’s in our kids bathroom and the youngest has a really hard time turning it. Now in the last couple of months it has started to leak and is progressively getting worse. And again, because of the way its made it can’t be fixed. We have to order a new faucet but even thought I LOVE the look of this one we won’t be ordering it again.

Installation instructions are incorrect and customer support not helpful
It took two days to get this faucet installed because the instructions omit information about where to use some of the parts that are included. There are screws and sealant included that are never referenced in the instructions and their online videos also don’t reference them. We had to call customer service to ask where the parts are to be used and they didn’t even know and just referred to the videos which we told them we already watched. Our installer has installed many faucets before and he was stumped as to where these parts were intended for. Thankfully, the faucet is installed now and functioning well so far. Fingers crossed that continues to be the case despite the unsolved mystery of the extra parts.

Poor Quality - Don't Buy You'll Have to Replace w/in months
Terrible. Within a couple months, the screen/difuser broke-could not find replacement, so I took it off along with the detailed piece, which was a bummer.. ruined the whole look, now, the hot water cap suddenly fell off and down the drain it went.. pretty upset. I have no kids, I live just with my elderly mom, so no real harsh treatment, but this thing is falling apart bit by bit.. I would have thought it would have lasted more than 6 months! Would like a refund or replacement.

Too loud - follow up
Sorry, too loud when open full, and it seems to 'choke' the water supply. I have installed probably 50 faucets in my lifetime, this one is off the scale too loud. FOLLOW UP - take the end off, the plastic insert come out as a package, just remove the disk part of it (see pics), and the noise is gone, and the supply is not choked anymore. I went one step further and decided to punch the little hole bigger (using a leather punch) about twice a big - works perfect.
