High quality cheese with a great taste. Have purchased a number of times.

I appreciate a cheese product that stayed true to the cheese family thru it’s well kept natural flavor of both the Parmesan and the Romano. I use this for everything including a substitute for gluten free bread crumbs when making meatless meat balls. I use it on stovetop popcorn, Salad, eggs, soup, etc.it pairs well with oregano or Zaatar.If you don’t have cheese in the house you can even get away using it to make a grilled piece of authentic cheese bread. With butter, garlic spread and this sprinkled on. I’m glad it’s sold bulk like this because it’s an excellent kitchen staple substitute for many dishes.

Okay, the value (cost) was good; the shaker can is easy to use; the cheese does not contain preservatives, but it DOES contain cellulose filler. I was trying to buy a product without the cellulose; but I did not read the label carefully. I assumed (my fault) that no preservatives also meant no cellulose. Ah, well. I'll have to live with my mistake (I was too hasty to put the item into my shopping cart), since the item cannot be returned. So, if you don't mind cellulose filler in your grated cheese, then go ahead and buy this item. Bottom line: good price, shaker can easy to use, flavor above average.

This product contains cellulose.My mistake. I just ASSUMED that since the home style cheese did not contain cellulose that the natural Parmesan and Romano cheese was the same.I guess I will only buy the home style from now on.

Great taste

I will buy again: I have already gone through 1.5 jars and plan to get the Romano/parmesan grated cheese from this company next. There are no artificial ingredients, so when I shake into a soup, or on a baked potato the cheese melts nicely. The cheese doesn't cake-up as much as the other brands I have tried. I am very happy with this brands quality, and taste. :)
