Broadly helpful text which I love
This is a most helpful text, supplemented with illustration and helpful exercises. I think its appeal is wider than the stated audience and would be helpful for a variety of uses, including drawing and fine art students and hobbyists. One of my most successful purchases!

Excellent Book.
This is the third edition of Design Drawing by Francis Ching and Steven Juroszek and has been completed updated, although there was little lacking before. In paperback format, the four hundred pages are full of sensible and concise information. The writing is not a chatty, just-get-your-pencil style and I prefer the most realistic approach. There are no colour photographs but the book is not weaker nor less useful for that.Design Drawing is about just that - drawing for design, with the main focus on architectural work. The content is all meat, without padding or waffle and serious students cannot help but find it an essential. It is clearly laid out and a pleasure to use. Expensive? Not for what you get. When you work out how many hours you will use this book and how much you can learn from it, it is a bargain.
