Helped stubborn digestive issues
I got these from my acupuncturist when I told her I had a tendency to get bloated and lethargic feeling after eating. This symptom has persisted despite taking extreme care in what I eat. I follow a no gluten, no dairy diest and eat for my blood type. All of these dietary changes have brought great benefits in one way or another, but still, I dealt with this persistent bloating and tiredness after eating. When taken correctly before meals these have really helped me. I still have to be very careful what I eat, but with the support of these pills I am getting the results I should be given the care I take. I will be ordering more of these and looking into other things I can do to futher strengthen my digestion.

I got these from my acupuncture, for bloating after eating. I'm very happy with the way it helps me move the gas out of my body. I'm disappointed that it's $8 more here on Amazon.
