First of all, kudos to their shipping peoples!! I ordered one about a year ago and I remember shipping being super fast. Finally decided to buy another one this week. It's almost like the Jimmy Johns commercials, lol. I feel like I just ordered it and it was already at my door (exaggerating to make a point here :p). Amazon tracking still says it will be delivered in 2 days lol.Anywho, these are among the best inventions ever! I love that they're my little secret to more comfy feet in heels when out and about. They DO work even without stretching spray (if you leave in for several hours).For extra security in fixing my heels, I took advice from another reviewer and created my own stretch spray (2 parts water 1 part rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle). Now I have my secret heel team! 👌🏽Ladies this is a MUST have! Only downfall is they don't come in pairs.

You have to understand that the shoe stretcher takes time to do what it was intended to do. A miracle won't happen in a few hours. For my shoe, I didn't use any shoe stretching spray (because I don't like applying any chemical in my shoes and I have super sensitive skin) and left the shoe stretcher in my kitten heel for maybe over 24 hours+ (yes, it worked for my shoe that had a heel less than 2.5"). This actually worked! My shoes were new and were absolutely uncomfortable. This stretcher finally made my heels tolerable and wouldn't give me any more blisters. I went ahead and ordered another one after testing the first one by alternating it between shoes. I've only been using this for about a week or so and so far, it's holding quite well.

I'm not going to ding the product for this because I can see how it would be versatile and effective with other shoe materials. But I bought it to stretch some of my patent leather heels, and it didn't work at all. It would stretch them temporarily, but then the shoe would go back to its original size. I used the special spray with it also. The different sized inserts it comes with are brilliant. I will definitely try these with other shoes in the future but it did not work on patent leather.

This is well made and comes with 3 bunion stretchers. Very sturdy and fits perfectly in high heels. Highly recommended.

Received this and used it on a scrappy sandal with 4 inch heels. Easy to use. Left it in my shoe overnight and the next day -- perfect! I am surprised at how well this works! Amazing!

I bought this last year and have used it many times. It works perfectly! I put it in my heels, tighten it almost until the handle won't turn anymore, then I let it set overnight. Sometimes if the shoe is very tight, I'll periodically tighten the stretcher a couple of times during the day. Yes, it's expensive for ONE stretcher but it's worth it. Cheap versions tend to break after a few uses. I intend to buy another of this stretcher so I'll have a pair.(People, read the description. It states "stretcher" not "stretcherS.")

Perfection ! 10 STARS. Loved it so much I ordered another . Well made !!!!! So easy to use. Why did I wait so long. Do not forget to order a stretching spray. It is very important to do that step first. I buy designer Italian shoes. They are all leather and stretch quickly. It just takes a few turns. If you have domestic shoes, they are synthetic, inside,and will take a few more twists.Leave in 4 days instead of two.

So happy I purchased these stretchers. I did get 2 so I could stretch the shoes at the same time. My shoe issue was the band that is on top of the shoe. I tried wearing socks to naturally stretch but that process is longer and rough on the foot. I did use a stretch spray along with the stretchers and got amazing results. My shoes are now so comfortable and wearable. These are really worth the money!

I bought a pair of Rachel Simpson heels which are hand-made in Spain out of leather and suede. The shoes are a standard width and I have extra-wide feet (UK 4/EU 37/US 6.5 extra wide). The shoe-stretcher is super easy to use, very sturdy, and the real MVPs are the attachments that can stretch specific points. I bought a women's medium and as soon as I got it in the mail I popped it into one of the shoes and left it for 24 hrs. The stretch was fantastic and the shoe completely undamaged. After three alternating 24hr sessions in each shoe (so took about six days all together since there is only one stretcher per order), the shoes fit perfectly and still look as beautiful as the day I got them. Life's too short to wear uncomfortable high heels and if you have wide feet, this shoe-stretcher is seriously a game-changer. Can't believe I've gone this long without one!

Love this product. High quality and easy to use. Worked perfectly on a pair of new Prada heels my wife wanted to wear to a wedding. We only purchased one so had to alternate the stretching but great results.

This item works wonders, easy to use and great results on the heels. I have wide feet so I wasn't able to use my favorite heels at one point but I can finally walk in them so comfortably.
