Will this work on a reusable Keurig filter?

This is used to either scoop the coffee into a filter or tamper/flatten the coffee down. I assume you could use it to fill up your Keurig filter.

what are the holes for?

None of the hexagonal holes fit my 6-cup Bialetti Moka pot so questionable as to whether it's the intended use. I have another coffee scoop that also has hex holes.
