Can you microwave it and have warm oatmeal instead of cold?

Hi there! You sure can. We love Oats Overnight chilled, but it will also taste great heated up. Be sure to uncap the lid on the bottle before microwaving - pressure can build quickly within the tight seal. If you’d like to prepare Oats Overnight as traditional (high protein) oatmeal in a bowl, you can do that as well, and we recommend using only 4oz milk for a traditional consistency you can enjoy with a spoon.
