A great multi vitamin, I trust this brand and the quality. It also covers a wide variety of nutrients for a reasonable price. Will continue using it for the foreseeable future. I feel like its effective to cover all my bases. I just take it with breakfast and its easy to remember and use. Will check out more from this brand for sure!

Absolutely love PURE vitamins, especially the ONE Multivitamin which has almost everything your body needs without having to buy individual supplements. Compare your ingredient labels, you could be over lapping the vitamins you are taking which can cause more problems.

I'm 70 years old and was in need of a great quality vitamin, one that would include things like Vit D and iron. This has everything I need in one capsule a day. I was able to eliminate two other vitamins I was taking. No after taste and didn't bother my stomach. It might be a little more than off the shelf at Walmart but totally worth it.

I wonder about the efficacy of this product. It is very expensive and when I open the capsule to drop the vitamins and minerals into my blender it is often very dry and in large chunks. Yes I understand that things can dry out. I live in AZ not very wet here. Additionally, they are kept in the pantry with the moister extractor intact. Are not capsules meant to be opened Pure?
