Is the doll about the size of a barbie doll? Or smaller? Would it work well with the lego building sets (size wise) for play?

She is about the same size as a skipper doll. I would say that regular legos would be too small but the larger Duplo size would work well.

Are the doll's ankles articulated?

My doll is still in box so I don't know. She is lovely though..
