Swell Metal Clamp
I bought this tool to bend back a piece of metal on my Camaro driver's side door due to me accidentally hitting it on a post. I haven't used it yet, but I think it will do a swell job based on the quality of this metal clamp.

Used to straighten vanes in heating/air conditioning return grille - eliminated whistling noise
I used this to straighten all the vanes in our house's main Heating/Air Conditioning return grille that was generating an annoying whistling sound whenever the fan ran at high speed. The metal blades of this clamp are thin enough to slip between the vanes of our grille so it was easy to straighten them. The idea is to set the vanes at 90° to the air flow and not have them angled. This tool was much better than pliers as the clamp applies the pressure over a much larger area so you don't break the vanes or crack the paint on them. Don't hear the whistling any more.

Fixed my 2003 Subaru Outback wind noise problem near side-view mirrors
I'm writing this so someone else who has terrible wind noise from their Subaru knows this tool will work to fix the problem. There are videos online that show the panel removal and the actual steps for the narrowing of the gap. Background: Opening and closing the door holding or pushing the glass creates a bigger and bigger gap where the side-view mirror and window glass meet. There's aluminum in there, which is soft.Using this tool, after taking the door panel and speaker off, and disconnecting the side-view mirror, worked. So much audio relief at highway speeds! Should have done it a lot sooner. ...Now I'm hearing other noises, LOL

Heavy duty construction
Bought 2 of this sheet metal pliers. I used them to open up an aluminum "U" channel. Placed 1 grip on one side of the "U" and the second on the other side. Then pulled on each grip to spread the channel side it could fit over a square tube. Recommend.

Great locking pliers
They clamp tight and don't come undo. I use them for welding, and body work. They are really nice for making small bends in sheet metal

Poor Quality
This item just came in the mail and I wish I hadn't bought it. You have to hold both jaws together to have them match up when you close the handles together. Would not recommend this item.
