It took me a year to get through reading this book, not because it was boring , but because it gave me so many aha moments that I had to pause - reassess - process -impliment , then get back to it. Incredible.Well researched and filled with useful information . Absolutely a must read if youre actively on a healing journey.

The contents of the book seem pretty interesting, but book itself seems old & used.
